The Devolution and Climate Change Adaptation programme organized an exhibition to showcase community climate change adaptation best practices in the counties of Homabay and Migori respectively. The DaCCA programme in Phase I, initiated the process of the formulation of the Kisumu County Climate Change Policy and Bill. This process that has taken over 4 years has finally come to fruition with the launch of this Policy.
